Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
This site does not use profiling cookies and does not load third-party tracking tools without your consent. It only uses technical cookies and first-party local storage (localStorage/sessionStorage), some of which for anonymous statistics. For this reason, under the Italian Data Protection Authority guidelines (10 June 2021), no prior consent is required and the banner shown on the site is purely informative.
First-party tools
- dnb_cookie_notice — localStorage, kept until you delete it. Technical: remembers that you closed the cookie notice.
- dnb_maps_consent — localStorage, kept until you revoke it. Preference: remembers that you activated the Google Maps embed.
- dnb_sid — localStorage, 24-hour expiry. First-party statistics: a random identifier (UUID) not linked to your name, email or any identifying data; used only to count visits and navigation paths in aggregate form. Your IP address is masked server-side before being recorded, and only your browser family (e.g. Chrome/Windows) is stored.
- dnb_attribution — sessionStorage, deleted when you close the browser. Statistics: stores the source of your visit (referrer, UTM parameters).
- /admin reserved area — access token in localStorage, used exclusively by the property manager to authenticate to the dashboard. It does not affect visitors.
Third parties
- Google Maps — the map in the contact section loads only after you click "Show interactive map". From that moment Google LLC may set its own cookies and process browsing data according to the Google privacy policy. You can revoke your consent with the button below.
- Fonts — the typefaces (Inter, Playfair Display) are hosted directly on our servers: no request is sent to Google Fonts.
Manage your preferences
You can revoke the preferences stored on this device at any time:
